Excavation Services

We provide full Excavation Services as an ancillary part of our business for every move.  We do not hire out for excavation services alone. We will provide any excavation required to move your house or prepare it for a new foundation.

Though we do not lay the actual foundations, we would be happy to recommend experienced contractors with years of experience in laying the foundations.

If you are thinking about, raising or relocating your structure, the following are things to consider:

- Will the structure fit from point A to point B? Consider both the width and the height of the structure (i.e. trees, bridges, telephone poles, etc.)

- When a flood zone is involved you will need to know, elavations and have a foundation plan. Local engineers will be able to assist with this.
